In the post labeled Formula for Success for February of 2007, it list many different things that are neccesary for a good teacher to be successful. One of the things it mentioned was evaluating one's self. This is necessary in order to fix mistakes in the past.
Also it actually talked about the formula for memory and how to take that and make a success formula for teachers. There were many steps to this, to many to mention in this blog post but it was interesting as to how to take a mathematical formula and calculate teacher success.
